3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Required turnover rates were not met. Observed turnover rate of 30 gpm at time of inspection.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed gap by the entry gate between gate door and fence at time of inspection. Gate was also not self closing/self latching. Discussed with PIC. Plans to repair/replace door are made; timeline not determined at this time. Will follow up at next inspection.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Observed free chlorine disinfectant residual at 0 ppm at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC. Follow up schedule made to ensure disinfectant residual level is reached and maintained.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Observed low levels of free chlorine in the pool water (0 ppm) at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC (Lucy). Observed previous week's record of chemical testing. PIC noted that pool will not be used this week as no campers are scheduled. Ensure free chlorine level reaches at least minimum required 1 ppm prior to swimmers entering pool.

Follow up inspection scheduled to ensure chemical levels are reached and maintained.
