3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b) / SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Critical Despite pool not in operation, observed the SVRS device (used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration) was not detectable at the time of the inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning or available. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly with pools containing only one drain prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
Observed the licensee /authorized representative was not keeping/maintaining operational records or were at least not readily available at time of inspection.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Observed depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner at time of inspection. Markers appeared faded or worn away.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observed emergency device (telephone) was not working at time of inspection.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
