Observed the deck surfaces was cracked around the pool at time of inspection.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.

Observed the rope on the USCG Type IV flotation device was in knots at time of inspection
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
