3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed throw line not provided at personal flotation device at far end of pool. Discussed with Operator at time of inspection.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.

Discussed placing sign on office door to more easily identify where emergency phone is located with PIC at time of inspection.

Discussed that while pH, water temperature, and ORP are being tested and recorded daily and Alkalinity being tested weekly, combined chlorine must be tested and recorded at required frequency. See violation.

Ensure drain covers are replaced during 2023.
