| Spa is currently drained and not in operation. Observed no chemical testing at time of inspection. Ensure appropriate signage is maintained so the spa is not used. Provided Certified Pool Operator course handout, weekly spa operation and incident log, injury report, and equipment replacement log flyers to PIC at time of inspection. PIC noted facility may be changing ownership. Ensure TCHD is notified prior to any change of ownership (330)-343-5555. Contact TCHD prior to opening spa to allow for inspection to take place (330)-343-5555 ext. 1420. |
