[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) / Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
Critical Outlet covers were not secured at time of inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(a) / pH and ORP values for chlorine/bromine shall be continuously monitored.
Critical Observed no mechanism to monitor pH values continuously.
The pool must have an automatic chemical controller capable of reading and displaying pH and ORP values in compliance with Ohio Administrative Code 3701-31-04 (D)(7)(e). Notify Ohio Department of Health prior to the addition, as it may require pre-approval.
