A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Observed throw line provided; but not attached to flotation device at time of inspection.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.

Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Sign near emergency phone says that phone dials front desk. Phone had dial upon pick up. No sign indicating phone number for front desk or address of facility posted.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area, and emergency phone numbers and address of facility are posted near emergency phone.
