3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter not working at time of inspection. Operator noted that plans to install new flow meter are scheduled.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a)/ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP reading was below 650 mv. Observed ORP reading of 635 at time of inspection.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Operator noted that probes are not functioning properly.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g)/Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Water clarity was not sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc). Could not see bottom of pool at time of inspection.
Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed ACC reading pH at 3.2 at time of inspection. Manually tested pH and tested higher than 8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
Comments
Operator noted that plans to fix flow meter and replace ACC are in place.

Ensure pH is measured and recorded at required frequency as ACC is being replaced.
