[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
At time of inspection, observed pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Observed pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. at time of inspection. The pH was measured at 7.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Observed total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm at time of inspection. Alkalinity was at 20ppm for the spa.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
