Observed the ladders in shallow area was loose at time of inspection.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Observed the deck surfaces had many cracks around the pool a time of inspection.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat Observed there was no ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed

Repeat Observed a 12 ft. telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook at of inspection.
Provide a 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole in the pool area at all times.
