[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii) / pH is tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Observed that the total alkalinity was not tested weekly at time of inspection.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c) / Cross connection hazards shall be prevented.
Observed no backflow prevention device on hose in pump room at time of inspection.
Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. Correct this problem according to Chapter 3745-95 an Section 608 of the Ohio Plumbing Code, rule 4104:3-6-01 of the Administrative Code.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(y) / Chemicals are properly stored/used
Critical Observed bucket originally used for bromine pucks being used to hold/distributed muriatic acid to the pool at time of inspection.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(c) / Audible/visual alarm shall activate when unit is malfunctioning or when pH or ORP levels are not acceptable.
Critical The ACC unit was not activating an audible or visual alarm when unit malfunctioned or when pH or ORP levels were not acceptable.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the audible or visual alarm is activated when necessary.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not functioning, the unit was not tested monthly, nor was anything documented about whether or not the unit had been tested.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
Did not observer first aid equipment that included unused disposable gloves and a sufficient supply of materials to stop bleeding at time of inspection.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
