Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed disinfectants residuals not tested daily at spa side and/or at the required intervals for spas/ for automatic chemical
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Observed back/spine board without a head immobilizer and straps was not provided at the unguarded pool at the time of inspection.
Provide the back/spine board at the pool at all times.
