[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (A) / Approval shall be obtained for any construction or alterations of a public swimming pool.
Public swimming pool was constructed, installed, or substantially altered without obtaining approval from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). Installation of new drain covers as secondary means of preventing entrapment/evisceration was observed at time of inspection. Provide documentation the installation and cocers are approved by the Ohio Department of Health.
Contact ODH to obtain approval for any construction/alterations before operating pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(ii) / A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers
Head immobilizers were not provided for the spine board at the unguarded pool.
Provide a back/spine board with straps and a head immobilizer at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.

The pool phone calls the front desk only. Signs indicating the location of the nearest emergency telephone number, the number and the ability to directly dial 911 from that phonbe. Cell phones are not permitted as alternate means of emergency contact.

The pool is not open to the public at this time. The pool has been recently filled and is preparing to open.
