3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. At time of inspection main flow meter on pool was no operational. Second flow meter was observed in line with smaller water line. Ensure that flow meter is intalled per ODH rules and requirments.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool.
Provide the personal floatation device at the pool at all times.
