[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. At time of inspection observed incomplete records for pool chemistry. Ensure staff are taking Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, Combine Chlorine, and pH readings at least every 12hours and prior to the opening of the pool.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health. Discussed with PIC pool temperature will be lowered to maintain less than 90'F at all times.
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degrees Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
