The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. At time of inspection observed incomplete records for pool chemistry. Ensure staff are taking Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, Combine Chlorine, and pH readings at least every 12hours and prior to the opening of the pool.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (C)(7) / Spa water temperature is less than 104 degrees Fahrenheit/ thermometer is provided
At time of inspection observed water temperature in the spa at 105'F. Ensure staff lower temperature to keep spa 104'F or less at all times.
