A back/spine board without a head immobilizer and straps was not provided at the unguarded pool.
Provide the back/spine board at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
At time of inspection emergency phone will only call front desk. Ensure that phone is either changed so 911 can be reached or designate a phone within 500ft of pool deck to be used in case of emergencies (signage must be posted as to its location).
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
