3701-31-04 (A) / Approval shall be obtained for any construction or alterations of a public swimming pool.
Repeat Equipment, at a public swimming pool, was changed/altered without obtaining approval from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) by submitting an Equipment Replacement Notification (ERN). Pool was changed to a salt water pool, provided operator with an ERN, operator stated that the company that put the system in was supposed to send the ERN. Operator will contact the company and complete the ERN if it was not done. Will follow up at the next standard inspection.
