[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
At the time of inspection disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Disinfection residuals were being tested once a day instead of the required 12 hours.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat At the time of inspection total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Reading for the spa was at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
