Observed life guard/ CPR/First Aid training certificates were not current and/or not available at the time of inspection.
Provide documentation of all training certificates for all lifeguards.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed easy access to the pool due to restrooms building being easy to get on the roof then to the pool.

3701-31-04 (C)(1) / Public swimming pool water supply meets drinking water standards
The water supply for the pool did not meet the applicable drinking water standards.
Only water that meets the drinking water standards in OAC 3745-81 or OAC 3701-28 can be used for public swimming pools. Use a water supply that can meet the applicable standard.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Observe no easy access to emergency device (telephone) by the pool area.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
