Observed small crack/leak in spa at time of inspection near skimmer. PIC noted that plans to repair are in place. Water level of spa was adequate at time of inspection.

Ladder to spa was loose at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC that repairs are scheduled to anchor ladder.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
