pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. The flow meter was not providing a gallon per minute reading at the time of inspection.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
