| Pool not currently in operation. Observed locked door and signs indicating guests that pool is not open for use. No chemicals are currently being added. Continue using appropriate signage so the pool is not used. PIC noted that updates and repairs may be made in near future. Ensure Ohio Department of Health is consulted regarding repairs. Ensure desk phone number is posted near emergency telephone. Ensure rope is attached to flotation device. Call (330) 343-5555 ext. 1420 when pool is operational to schedule next inspection. |
