3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
Repeat Observed there was standing water on the floor of the filter room at time of inspection.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Observe the ladders by the lift chair and diving borad where loose at time of inspcetion.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed that the gates or doors were not self-closing and lockable at time of inspection..
Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(u) / Ventilation system is maintained/ free of hazards
Repeat Observed the ventilation fan in filter room was not functioning at time of isnpection.
