| Pool not currently in operation. Pool has not been operating for last couple of months per PIC. Observed no chemical testing at time of inspection. Ensure appropriate signage is maintained so the pool is not used. Provided Certified Pool Operator course handout, weekly pool operation and incident log, injury report, and equipment replacement log flyers to PIC at time of inspection. PIC noted facility may be changing ownership. Ensure TCHD is notified prior to any change of ownership (330)-343-5555. Contact TCHD prior to opening pool to allow for inspection to take place (330)-343-5555 ext. 1420. |
