Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times. Ensure flotation device is equipped withnylon line that is one-quarter inch in diameter and not less than thirty feet or more than 60 feet in length.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.

Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)/Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d)/First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)/Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above. (PIC voluntarily closed pool until disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above).
