[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
The facilities were not maintained in a safe, clean & sanitary, and in good repair. Observed three rusty nails protruding from the rope at the rotted fence post near the large water slides.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. At the time of inspection, gaps were observed at the double gate near the pavilion.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. Observed gaps between the bottom of the perimeter fence that are greater than four (4) inches at time of inspection. Areas including, but not limited to fencing around the perimeter by the water slides and deep end pool area.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. One flotation device dd not have the 30 feet of required rope. Replace rope with minimum or more required amount.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
