[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d) / Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Critical Observed Operator (Gordon) removing pump from plumbing fixture of pool. Operator noted that power to facility was lost overnight and upon turning power back on, the pump to the pool did not turn back on. Pump was being removed to be taken to local pool repair shop for diagnosis. Operator noted pool wouldn't be used until repairs are made.
The licensee shall not operate a public swimming pool or portion thereof when an imminent health hazard is present, including when the circulation and/or disinfection system is not operating properly.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH at 8.0 at time of inspection.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Reinspection will be scheduled upon confirmation from Operator that repairs have been made and circulatory system is in tact and operating properly. Pool may not have bathers until TCHD staff verifies repairs.

Chemistry was tested at time of inspection.
