Repeat Observed ORP reading was below 650 mv at the time of inspection. Ensure the ORP reading is a minimum of 650 millivolts to aid in pool quality.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Observed Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features at the time of inspection. Chemical missing information.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat Observed pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8 at the time of inspection: pH was 8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(ii) / A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers
Repeat A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers was not provided at the guarded pool. Observed back/spine board with straps was missing head immobilizer at the time of inspection.
Provide a back/spine board with straps and a head immobilizer at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Observed sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area at the time of inspection. Post a sign giving the location of the nearest telephone and names and phone numbers of the nearest available police station, fire station, and rescue unit with any other needed numbers next to the phone in case of emergency.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
