Secondary means of entrapment/evisceration prevention was not provided. Provide documentation verifying an secondary means of preventing entrapment/evisceration. This may be demonstrated by documentation of exisiting equipment or original construction criteria that may not require a secondary device to prevent entrapment/evisceration. This pool is recommended to be closed untilthe documentation or installation of a secondary means of evisceration. If repair/installation of equipment is required, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health prior to beginning work/construction.

EHS spoke with the Person In Charge (PIC) who stated that their pool contractor/repair company is in contact with the state regarding repairs.
