| SPA was closed at time of inspection. Training was conducted on site. Ensure facility corrects the following items: -Head immobilizer needs added to the emergency back board -Emergency phone location needs posted on pool deck with number of emergency staff, address, and where the location of phone is in facility that's easily accessible. Phone at pool deck calls front desk only ensure that location of a phone that can call 911 is easily located (cell phones won't count) |
