Observed the ORP reading was below 650 mv (630) at time of inspection.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
Repeat Observed there was standing water on the floor areas of the equipment room at time of inspection.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor.
