[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter not working properly at time of inspection. Flow meter was not showing any flow rate (0) at time of inspection.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed cracks in deck at time of inspection.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval. Deck surfaces shall be maintained in a clean, smooth, and slip-resistant condition, free of any standing water and any sharp, exposed edges or other hazards.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed gate to pool not self-latching or self closing at time of inspection.
Perimeter barriers shall be in good repair at alla times to prevent unauthorized entry. All perimeter barriers shall be with gates or doors that are self-closing and lockable unless otherwise permitted by law. At no time shall a gap within the perimeter barrier or between the barrier and a building or the ground exceed four to six inches,, depending on the date of construction.
