Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. At time of inspection flow meter was not reading. Repair or replace prior to next standard inspection. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
