Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(ii) / A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers
A back/spine board with straps and head immobilizers was not provided at the guarded pool. At time of inspection observed back/spine board missing head immobilizer.
Provide a back/spine board with straps and a head immobilizer at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working. At time of inspection emergency phone only calls front desk. Ensure this is switched to allow for emergency calls to 911.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
