Observed the pool's test kit to be damaged. The test tubes were visibly damaged and discolored.
Corrective Action: Obtain a new test kit that is in good repair. See comments section of this inspection report.

| The pool's test kit reagents were stored in unlabeled bottles with no expiration dates. Ensure that all test kit reagents are stored in labeled bottles with expiration dates. The pool's flow meter does not indicate units of measurement in which the flow is measured or that the unit is a flow meter. The pool must maintain a minimum flow of 268 gallons per minute. Obtain and be able to provide the flow meter's use instructions from the manufacturer and be able to show that the flow meter is measuring flow and that the pool's flow is maintained at the minimum flow of 269 gallons per minute. |
