| Observed no violations at time of inspection. Ensure emergency phone signage is updated to reflect YMCA policy with correct phone numbers of who to call in the case of emergency. At time of inspection, discussed with PIC that emergency phone policy is to dial M2 which is the front desk, who then dials 911. Ensure this is clearly communicated through language and signage near emergency phone. |
