At the time of inspection ORP reading was below 650 mv. Reading was at 643.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.

At the time of inspection a means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps.Replace flow meter with one that is able to read at a lower gpm.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.

Repeat At the time of inspection emergency device (telephone) was not working.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
