[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Observed the flow switch to not be functioning properly.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(i) / Backflow prevention devices shall be maintained.
Backflow prevention devices were not present on the hose bib at time of inspection.
Have the backflow prevention device evaluated or replaced so that backflow is prevented.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(y) / Chemicals are properly stored/used
Critical Chemicals (Bromine) were stored in an acid bucket at time of inspection, not the original container.
Label and properly store all chemical containers to avoid a chemical reaction or unnecessary exposure.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided at time of inspection.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
