| High concentration of Bromine warranted trouble shooting of pH. 1 drop if Thiosulfate was added to sample, and a pH of 8.0 was observed at time of inspection. Observed pool water log at time of inspection. Ensure pool water is continually monitored and recorded at required frequency and maintained on file for 2 years. Facility is in progress of correcting previously recorded violation regarding record retention. Discussed adding facility's address to signage near emergency telephone. |
