The safety recommendation sign for the slide(s) was not posted and/or not visible. PIC noted that signs were taken down to be repaired as they were recently damaged.
Post the safety recommendation sign for the slide(s) in a prominent location at all times the pool is available for use.

Discussed CPR and Lifeguard Training Certificates with PIC at time of inspection. Ensure both certificates are maintained for each lifeguard.

Reviewed lifeguard station/mapping plan with PIC at time of inspection.

Ensure facility address and emergency phone number are posted at emergency phone.

Maintenance employee noted that pool drains were ordered and unsure of delivery date. Ensure drains are replaced during 2023.
