Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. At time of inspection observed main flow meter not operational. Second flow meter was observed in line with small water line. Ensure flow meter is installed per ODH rules.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
Repeat 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Shepherd's crook and/or a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool. Observed flotation device was missing throw line.
Provide the non-telescopic reach pole and personal floatation device at the pool at all times. Ensure throw line between 30-60 ft is added to pool deck supplies.
