Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve is not plugged in to chemical controller at time of inspection.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.

Comments
As discussed at the time of inspection, the emergency telephone for the hotel pool and spa calls the front desk, which is not always occupied, increasing risk of a missed emergency call. An emergency phone does exist at the front desk, so a sign indicating its location will be sufficient for compliance.
