3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.

Ladders were not in good repair. Three ladders were observed to be loose and wobbling.
Repair or replace the ladders so that they are in good repair.

Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.

Cyanuric acid was measured at < 30 ppm.

Ensure both your disinfectant residual (free chlorine) and your combined chlorine are recorded daily. Pool water temperature should also be recorded daily.
