ORP reading was below 650 mv at 637 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(3)
Staff was not trained or knowledgeable in pool operations.
Train staff in pool operations, operation of equipment, chemical storage, use and handling and appropriate emergency procedures.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi)
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.

Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.

Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was measured at 7.0.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

Test kit reagents were not fresh. The base demand reagent R-0006 expired 5/20 and the cyanuric acid reagent R-0013 expired 5/20.
Obtain fresh reagents and store them properly.
Comments
Cyanuric acid was measured at < 30 ppm.

Again, the daily pool water testing should include documentation of both the disinfectant residual (free chlorine) and your combined chlorine.

Facility has no documented expiration date for the main drain covers.

Flow measure reading is lower than the required minimum flow for the pool - ensure this issue is corrected by the start of next season.

Separate documentation sheets for both the East End Rec Pool and the East End Baby Pool for recording daily pool water testing need to be implemented. WCHD provided the correct form for recording daily pool water testing during the last inspection on 6/2/2021 and again after today's inspection.
