3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii)
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Repeat pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Repeat Outside door to pool area in currently broken but plans are in place to have door fixed and necessary replacement equipment is already bought.

Repeat Test kit reagents were not fresh or stored properly. DPD Powder was out of date during time of inspection.
Obtain fresh reagents and store them properly.

Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.

Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Red phone only rings to front desk not to emergency services.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
