Comments
A follow-up was conducted on 8/30/19 to address the critical violations. Free, combined, and total chlorine were not tested because pH and alkalinity were still not acceptable. The pool and spa were both still closed upon arrival. Had PIC add soda ash to the spa and had them adjust their chemical feeder set points. PIC calibrated both the auto chemical controllers. Pool and spa remained closed after the follow-up. Later in the afternoon, the facility's pool operator called to report readings from their new test kit. All readings were acceptable and facility was told it was ok to resume operating.
