| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) Repeat Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. Loose railings on ladders, entry points and steps closest to the office, as well as opposite side of pool. Need to be fixed in place. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.  |
