3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g) / Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Critical Repeat Water clarity was not sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc). I was unable to see the main drain.
Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck on zero.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
