Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.The flow meter was stuck on zero.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) / Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 2 ppm.
Critical Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm. The free chlorine level was 1 ppm.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above.
